Are you willing to travel?
OF COURSE! I love to travel, have tons of travel experience, and would be stoked to photograph your destination event. I will go almost anywhere. Almost. ;)


How much do you generally charge?
Wedding packages start at $1799, and engagement or portrait sessions start at $350. You can email me directly at jessegirl_thomas@yahoo.com for a complete list of package details.

How far in advance do I need to book you?
The earlier, the better! Especially during the busier summer months! I require a 50% deposit to reserve the date, and the remaining 50% balance 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding.

What kind of camera do you shoot with?
I proudly use a Canon 5D mark ii. The father of all digital SLR cameras, in my opinion. I use various Canon lenses, 99% of which are prime, or fixed, meaning they don't zoom, meaning everything is more beautiful. ;)

How do we pick a location for our portrait or engagement session?
That is something that I can definitely take care of for you! I have a plethora of favorite locations up my sleeve for us to explore. I'm always open to suggestions, however.

What should we wear?
I always tell people to wear what they're comfortable in. And to do everything possible to be as relaxed as they can. For some people, that means bright red 3" heels and a blazer, for some that means Rainbow sandals and jeans. Whatever you feel great in. One rule: no solid white or solid black tops, not a friend to natural lighting. :>

How  and when did you get started in photography?
I have always been a creative person. I remember being four years old and selling my drawings door-to-door, I remember being eight years old and deciding that "coloring" was worth obsessing over. In high school I thought about photography and went through roll upon roll of film. But it wasn't until college that I actually began PURSUING photography, as an art. I started in the darkroom, and after developing my first print, I was in love. And the rest is history!
